Our GP Patient Survey Results 2010/11

Hello to you all.
The GP Patient Survey gives patients the opportunity to comment on your experience of us, Falcon Medical Group and some other NHS services. The survey asks patients about their experience of accessing care from their practice (from making an appointment, experience of reception through to the clinical consultation) as well as asking about other services such as dentistry and out of hours provision.
The results have just been publised but please click the link below for the key results. As you will see from the report our services and opening times have scored better than the English and Newcastle Primary Care Trust averages.
